Our versatile meetings space is located across four dedicated floors in the conference centre, with the Ballroom, Plaza and Park Suites connected by a private staircase and lifts to allow ease of movement from one meeting room to another. Rooms can be configured to accommodate from 10 to 660 delegates, bookable as separate meeting rooms, or to provide a backdrop for large residential conference, requiring multiple breakout, exhibition and catering specifications.
The City Suite on the ground floor is a self-contained flexible space for 27 to 380 delegates, which can be configured from one to three meeting rooms, with the main meeting taking place alongside syndicate and catering space.
On the 12th floor, the Executive Boardroom offers stunning river views and can be hired for small private board meetings and dinners for up to 10 people.
The 24-hour business centre, located on the first floor, has the support you need for those last-minute changes.
