Well suited to large-scale conferences, our two larger meetings spaces sit on top of each other with ease of access via a private spiral staircase and lifts between syndicate and plenary rooms for up to 660 for a reception, 650 for a theatre style event or 540 for a sit-down meal. The 640m² Ballroom and 560m² Plaza Suites with five metre high ceilings have flexible partition walls to allow for different uses throughout the duration of the conference, and come with a private entrance foyer with a bar on each level – suitable for exhibition or product launch events, group check in or evening receptions.
These two rooms are complemented by the City Suites on the ground floor and the Park Suites on the first floor for break out sessions or catering. Large conferences can benefit from a coach-drop off point and a designated group entrance. All events can be enhanced with state-of-the-art audiovisual technology.
Conferences requiring on-site accommodation can choose from a range of accommodation to suit all delegates’ needs including Superior and Executive Rooms, to Suites with riverside views and enhanced amenities. At the end of the day delegates can enjoy Pan-Asian cuisine from Chino Latino restaurant and wind down in the pool and fitness centre.
